By accessing or using FocusPeak (the website, mobile applications, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use our services.

FocusPeak is a focus companion app designed to help users discover, protect, and expand their natural ability to concentrate. Our features include focus sessions, pattern tracking, progress insights, and personalized recommendations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use FocusPeak for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you create within FocusPeak (such as notes, goals, and custom settings). By using our service, you grant FocusPeak a license to display your content within the app to provide our services.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any Terms violation.
By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Upon Termination: Your access to the app and data will cease. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

FocusPeak, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is less).
